Mr. Hunter James Pilling
Mr. Hunter James Pilling, age 31 of Toccoa, passed away Saturday November 29, 2025 at his residence.
A son of Micheal Pilling and Donna Housend, he was born September 23, 1994 in Gainesville, Georgia having lived most of his life in Toccoa. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and racing. He loved spending time with his son Kasten. He was a boat mechanic at N and C Marine and was known for his attention to detail on every boat he touched. He was member of The Pointe Church. He was preceded to death by a cousin Chad Gerrells.
In addition to his parents, survivors include his wife Noelle Turner Pilling of the home, his son Kasten Pilling of the home, brother Dustin Pilling, sisters Melissa Holmes and Ashley Sims, father-in-law and mother-in-law Crandall and Shannon Turner of Toccoa and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 2 P.M. at The Pointe Church with the Reverend Chad Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers Ty Lowe, Greg Kellum, Christian Johnson, Kelly Johnson, Nathan Rhodes, Matt Duke, Jesse Elder, Blake Simpson, Blake Day and Dustin Pilling.
Interment will follow in Roselane Cemetery
In lieu of flowers make memorials to The Outdoor Dream Foundation 220 Arnold Dr. Anderson, S.C. in memory of Hunter Pilling.
