Mr. Danny Ross Leverett
Mr. Danny Ross Leverett, age 77, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, July 4, 2026 at his home.
Born May 5, 1949 in Toccoa, he was the son of the late Ross Denzel and Blondine Caudell Leverett.
Mr. Leverett was an electrical contractor, owning and operating Leverett Electric. He was a member of Tates Creek Baptist Church and the Gideons International. He was also a United States Army Veteran.
Family members include his wife, Kathy Ivester Leverett, of Toccoa; daughters, Sarah Leverett of Toccoa and Jennifer Waters (Mike) of Braselton, GA; son, Kevin Leverett of Toccoa; grandchildren, Kenny Clark (Samantha), Brody Clark (Madeline), Christopher Leverett (Mica), Austin Leverett (Brittany) and Jason Leverett; niece, Natalie Wooten (Matthew); nephew, Alex Wheeler (Alison); and numerous cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Diane Wheeler.
The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 5pm – 7pm Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Cryptside services will be held at twelve noon Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Stephens Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with the Rev. Jerrell Beatty officiating.
Entombment will follow at Stephens Memorial Gardens Mausoleum with Military Honors provided by the United States Army Honor Guard.
The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Kenny Clark, Brody Clark, Christopher Leverett, Austin Leverett, Jason Leverett and Mike Waters.
