Mr. Billy Woodrow Hulsey, Jr.

Mr. Billy Woodrow Hulsey, Jr., age 58, of Toccoa, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2020 at Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta.

Born January 11, 1962 in Carnesville, GA he was the son of late Billy Woodrow Hulsey, Sr. and the late Clara Andrews Hulsey.

He was a member of The Pointe Church and was employed with Patterson Pump. Billy loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved spending time with “the Boys” (grandsons).

Family members include his wife, Pauletta Pilgrim Hulsey; daughter and son-in-law, Amanda H. and Joseph Stewart of Winder, GA and daughter, Dacia Hulsey of Toccoa; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Trudy Hulsey of Lavonia, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Patti H. and Chris Haley of Lavonia, GA; grandsons, Parker Stewart and Wyatt Stewart; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at eleven o’clock Tuesday, June 16, 2020 at Middle River Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Chad Smith, the Rev. Jerry Chitwood, and Mr. Gary Knight officiating.

Burial will follow.

Kevin Shirley, Kendall Shirley, Marty Sisk, Jeff Smith, Daniel Kellar, Keith Franks, and Bennie Sauls will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at the mortuary from 9 am until 10:00 am Tuesday.
