KTSCB to beautify Roadside near Eastanollee Elementary School

Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful (KTSCB) is working on a project to beautify the roadside near the new Eastanollee Elementary School. KTSCB Executive Director James Addison shared information on the project at Thursday’s (June 11) meeting and his conversations with Stephens County Agriculture and Natural Resources Agent Sidney Gay and Eastanollee Elementary School Principal Dr. Connie Yearwood.

The Stephens County School System renovated Eastanollee Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year to accommodate growth, keep students in one school building longer, and reduce bus times for students. ESPLOST paid for the project.  

KTSCB works to inspire residents to take an active part in cleaning and beautifying the community through litter reduction, proper waste recycling and disposal, and caring for the county’s land, lakes, and streams.
