KTSCB awards Yard of the Month

Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful (KTSCB) Executive Director James Addison announced this month’s Yard of the Month on Tuesday, July 7. 

Anne Rogers says she just loves flowers.

Rogers plants flowers and pulls weeds every day. Her daughter, Kim Byers, cuts the grass on a regular schedule.

KTSCB is dedicated to promoting a clean city and county through litter reduction, proper waste recycling and disposal, and caring for the county’s land, lakes, and streams.
