KTSCB awards its First Yard of the Month

Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful (KTSCB) Executive Director James Addison installed the sign and announced the first Yard of the Month on Tuesday, April 7.

Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful works to inspire local residents to take an active part in making and keeping the community clean and beautiful through litter reduction, proper waste recycling and disposal, and caring for the county’s land, lakes, and streams.
