Jury Duty in Stephens Co. cancelled for the week of October 5th

Jury duty in Stephens County has been cancelled for the week beginning on Monday, October 5, says Tim Quick, Clerk of Court for Stephens County.

“We have jurors who are scheduled to report on Monday, October 5. All the cases have settled, so they will not need to report. So once again, if you received a summons for jury duty beginning on Monday, October 5, you do not need to report. All cases have settled for the week.”
