Indians wrestling team goes 2-1 in quad-duals tourney

The Stephens County Indians wrestling team went 2 and 1 Tuesday night in a quad-duals tournament at Rabun Gap.

The Indians defeated both Rabun Gap, 51 to 29, and Franklin, NC, 46 to 29.

But Stephens County lost to Swain County, NC.

The Indians improve their duels record for the year to 5 & 1.

This Saturday, Stephens County will be hosting the Arrowhead Classic at the Currahee Arena beginning at 9 a.m.

The following schools will be competing:  Rabun Gap, East Hall, Habersham Central, Hart Co., Rabun County, Riverside Military, Seneca, Smokey Mountain, NC, Washington Wilkes and Stephens County.
