Indians have night off from high school football
Stephens County High School’s varsity football team will not have a game tonight due to the open date on their schedule.
The Indians will resume play on Friday, October 18th when they start Region 8-AAAA play by traveling down to Watkinsville to play Oconee County.
The Indians are 1 & 5 after a 36 to 7 loss last Friday night at Cedar Shoals.
Several other area teams will be in action tonight, including: Franklin County playing at Jefferson, Habersham Central host Lanier, Banks County at Rabun County, and White County goes to Flowery Branch.
None of the teams in Region 8-AAAA will play tonight. Hart County and Commerce also have the night off.
