HCSO asking for public’s help locating missing man

The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Joel Rosenbaum.

Joel was last seen on the evening of January 26, 2023, traveling on foot.

He was last seen wearing a gray and red shirt, black pants, and black and white tennis shoes.

Joel may be attempting to travel to Lawrenceville, Georgia.
