Halloween Notes for Oct. 15
Clarkesville, GA – North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) campus life is hosting “A Haunted Night at the Theater” haunted house from 7 to 10 p.m., Oct. 25-26, at the Clarkesville campus Student Center located at 1500 Highway 197 North.
The event is $10 per person and is open to the public. Concession tickets are available for $1 each. Cards and cash are accepted. All sales must be made in person, and all participants must complete a waiver. Children under 18 must have a waiver completed by an adult, and children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Dr. Mark A. Ivester Center for Living and Learning, or The Mark. Named after the college’s late president, The Mark is intended to memorialize Dr. Ivester’s legacy by providing a community wellness and learning center to further support the needs of NGTC students. The new, 250,000 sq. foot facility is currently under construction on the Clarkesville campus and is scheduled for completion next fall.
Donations are accepted and may be specified for the Dr. Mark A. Ivester Center for Living and Learning online at northgatech.edu/foundation or by check.
