They may request payment over the phone or instruct you to use gift cards, money apps, or wire transfers.

Please remember:

* The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office will never call and demand immediate payment over the phone

* The Habersham County Sheriff’s Office does not accept payment in the form of gift cards, prepaid cards, cryptocurrency, or wire transfers.

* If there is a warrant for your arrest, the Habersham County Sheriff’s Office deputies will visit you in person to address that.
