Free Physicals at Arrowhead Health and Wellness Clinic on Aug. 12th

The Arrowhead Health and Wellness Clinic will offer free sports physicals to students of the Stephens County School System on Wednesday, August 12th, says Physician Assistant Reyd Strickland.

“We’ll be doing free sports physicals for students on Wednesday, August 12, from 3-8 p.m. Those are walk-ins. You can come in, you’ll fill out your paperwork, and we’ll get you pulled back just as quickly as we can. So, this will get those kids ready to participate in sports even if they’re not in season quite yet. This is a good opportunity to get that physical taken care of.”

The Arrowhead Health and Wellness Clinic is located on the campus of Stephens County High School. Hours are 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

The clinic is for all students, staff, teachers, and family members of the Stephens County School System.

It takes insurance, but also has a sliding scale for uninsured patients.
