Dragons Rough Up SCHS-Games Halted

The Jefferson Dragons scored runs in every inning but the third in defeating the Stephens County Indians 15-2 Thursday night at the Reservation.

Jefferson scored seven runs off of starter Jordan Page in four and two-third innings. Ian Rumsey and Issac McCollum finished out the game on the mound.

The Indians scored their only two runs in the second inning on consecutive hits by Eli Wenger, Ridge Adams and Josh Henshaw, whose double drove in the pair.

Center fielder Kade McNally led the Dragons with three RBIs. Rem Maxwell got the win for Jefferson, who ran their record to 6-7. Stephens County dropped to 6-7 on the season.
