Currahee Military Weekend Veteran’s Parade on Saturday

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, a Veteran’s Parade takes place in downtown Toccoa as part of Currahee Military Weekend. Brenda Carlan, executive director of the Stephens County History Museum and Currahee Military Museum, gives details.

The Veteran’s Parade starts at 1 p.m. on Main Street in downtown Toccoa. Following the parade, a WWII Reenactment with live fire demonstration, shooting blank ammunition, takes place.
