Coan Brings Home Another Gold Medal

 

 

McKenzie Coan continues to have success in International competition.

Coan won the gold medal earlier this afternoon in the Women’s 400m Freestyle S7 at the World Para Swimming Allianz Championships in London.

Coan won with a time of 5:09:43.

Coan has now won multiple gold medals in international competition. The Championships in London will continue through September 15th and Coan will have more opportunity for gold as she competes in the 100 Free, 50 Free, and possibly the 4 x 100 Free Relay.

Coan, who was born in Toccoa and grew up in Clarksville, is the daughter of Dr. Marc and Teresa Coan. Dr. Coan is an internal medicine specialist at NGPG Toccoa Clinic.
