City and County Governments closed for Memorial Day

In observance of Memorial Day both the Toccoa City Hall and Stephens County Government Buildings will be closed.

Garbage Routes and Recycle Routes scheduled to be picked up today, May 28 will be picked up tomorrow, May 29.

Commercial garbage will be picked up as usual; however, yard waste and other items will not be collected.

The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office, Toccoa Police and Fire Departments will be on duty.

Utility department employees, as well as employees from the Public Works Department, will be on call for emergency situations.

The Links at Lake Toccoa and Pings Grill will operate as normal.
