Stephens County High School tennis picks up a varsity sweep. The Indian and Lady Indian tennis teams swept area rival Habersham Central Friday afternoon. The boys’ team won 4-1 and their overall record improves to 9-4. Meanwhile, the girls’ team won 3-2 and their record improves to 3-10. Their next match is today at North Hall.

The Stephens County High School boys’ soccer team picks up a Region 8-AAAA win. Friday, the Indians beat Madison County, 1-0. Chandler Brown scored the Indians’ goal, assisted by Nikhil Patel. The Stephens County boys’ soccer team is now 3-6-1 and their conference record is 1-1.

The Stephens County Middle School Lady Rebel tennis team beat Madison County Thursday by a match score of 5-0 to win the NEGIAA regular season championship.
