Flash Flood Watch Over in NE Ga.

The National Weather Service office has allowed a flash flood watch to expire for Stephens County and northeast Georgia. More showers and storms moved through the region Thursday. This time, however, only .33 inches of rain fell in downtown Toccoa. That is compared to 1.56 inches Wednesday into Thursday. There is still a chance of rain through the day today.
