Carson Stowe Leads Stephens County Varsity Indians Past Madison County Varsity Red Raiders
Carson Stowe collected three hits in three at bats as Stephens County Varsity Lady Indians defeated Madison County Varsity Red Raiders 8-6 on Wednesday. Stowe doubled in the third inning, singled in the sixth inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
The Red Raiders was the first on the board, but Stephens County Varsity Indians jumped into the lead in the bottom of the third when Stowe doubled, scoring two runs, and Riley Walker tripled, scoring one run.
Madison County tied the game at four in the top of the fourth, and the Lady Indians jumped back into the lead in the bottom of the fourth inning after Kylee Glaze doubled, and Fayeth Ivester lined out, each scoring one run.

Walker earned the win for the Lady Indians, giving up 10 hits and six runs (four earned) over seven innings, striking out four and walking one. Bailey Smith took the loss for Madison County Varsity Red Raiders.
Stephens County collected 11 hits in the game, with Ivester collecting two hits in four at bats. The Lady Indians accumulated six stolen bases for the game, with Ivester and Hallee Shirley each stealing multiple bases.
Madison County Varsity Red Raiders tallied 10 hits in the game and piled up five stolen bases for the game.
