Captain Neal retiring from Toccoa Police after 27 plus Years

After more than 27 years serving the City of Toccoa on the police force, Captain Eddie Neal is calling it a career. The City held a retirement party for Captain Neal on Thursday, July 31, at Reflections at Lake Toccoa.

Toccoa Police Chief Bruce Carlisle said the party was a day to celebrate Captain Neal’s over 27 years of service to the City.

Toccoa City Manager Fredda Wheeler said the City is grateful for all that Captain Neal has done for it over the last 27 and half years.

Neal rose through the ranks of the Toccoa Police Department from Patrol Officer to Captain. Serving with him for 20 of those years was Toccoa Assistant Police Chief Charlie Littleton.

Thank you Captain Eddie Neal for your service with the City of Toccoa Police Department over the last 27 and half years.
