BREAKING: 2 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Stephens County

The Georgia Department of Public Health confirmed Tuesday evening that there are now two confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Stephens County.

In Georgia, there have been 1,097 total confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 38 deaths due to complications from the virus.

As of last night there was a total of 361 hospitalized due to the virus.

The Georgia Department of Public Health updates its list of counties with confirmed cases twice a day, once at noon and again at 7 p.m.

At this time, the two confirmed cases in Stephens County are being treated at unknown hospitals.
