Basketball Notes: The Stephens County Middle boys basketball teams opened their season this past Wednesday with wins vs. Madison County Middle School. The 8th grade Rebels defeated Madison County 60-41. Dallas Hague was the leading scorer with 22 points, Kaiden Harbin added 14 and Caleb Cobb added 8 points. In the 7th grade game SCMS downed Madison County 50-29. Cashus Roebuck led the Rebels in scoring with 14 points, Tray Martin added 11 and Aiden Cobb 10.
