The Toccoa-Stephens County Humane Shelter, Inc. is holding a holiday yard sale of new and used holiday decor as a fundraiser, says Executive Director Rylee Mercer.  The holiday yard sale benefiting the Toccoa-Stephens County Humane Shelter is November 20-22, 26, and 28-29 in the Mitchell Allen Room at 160 North Alexander Street, next to the Train Depot in Downtown Toccoa.
