Toccoa Police Chief Bruce Carlisle announces a lead in the investigation into a call claiming hostages and a sniper rifle at a residence on Thursday, January 8. The Toccoa Police Department, Stephens County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia State Patrol, and Georgia Bureau of Investigation responded to the call. The case is under investigation.
