Annie Ruth Dalton Kesler

Annie Ruth Dalton Kesler, 83, of the Prospect Community, passed away Saturday
evening, July 30, 2022, at her home.

Born September 11, 1938, in Habersham County, she was the daughter of the late
William Guy Dalton and Ellaree Cook Dalton Wade. She was preceded in death by her
husband Verlin Kesler, grandson Levi Kesler, and step-father Vance Wade. She was a
homemaker, a seamstress and a farmer. She was a member of Nail’s Creek Baptist
Church.

Survivors include four daughters. Brenda (Stephon) Parnican, Carnesville, GA, Angela
Sellers, Carnesville, GA, Shelia Allen, Commerce, GA, and Sherry (Curtis) Partin,
Carnesville, GA; one Son, Bobby Kesler, Carnesville, GA: eighteen grandchildren,
twenty-two great-grandchildren, eight great-great-grandchild; brothers, Earl Dalton and
Gene Wade; sisters-in-law, Louise Kesler, Carol Wade, and Imogene Andrews; and
numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be Wednesday afternoon, at 2pm at the Nail’s Creek Baptist Church with
the Rev. Duane Eller officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The body is at the Ginn Funeral Home and will be placed in the church at 1:30pm
Wednesday afternoon. The family is at the home. They will receive friends from 6pm
until 8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Flowers are welcome but memorials may
be made to Nail’s Creek Baptist Church, 2743 GA Hwy 51, Homer, GA, 30547.
