Amanda Louise Plonske Green

Amanda Louise Plonske Green, age 94 of Cleveland, Georgia and formerly of Toccoa passed away Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Laurel Lodge Assisted Living in Cleveland, Georgia.

A daughter of the late Max and Marie Schlemm Plonske, she was born February 8, 1931, in Syracuse, New York, having moved to Toccoa in 1997.  She was a retired Dental Hygienist; was a member of Toccoa Presbyterian Church at the time she was living in Toccoa and had been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Croft Green and her sister Ingeborg Plonske Cerio.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Green Burke (Kenneth) of Manlius, New York; son, Donald Scott Green (Carol Joy) of Prince George, Canada; two grandchildren, Micah Nathaniel Green (Hayley) and Anika Janae Green Ralph (Zachary); great grandson Judah Scott Ralph; sister Edith Plonske Cerio both of Syracuse, New York.

To honor her wishes, she was cremated.  Her cremains will be interred in Baldwinsville, New York.
