Chamber, citizens welcome The Pampered Pooch

Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce and area citizens recently welcomed The Pampered Pooch Dog and Spa Boutique at a ceremony at the business, located off of Memorial Drive at 11 Business Center Drive, next to Goldcraft Jewelers.

Alicia Carnes is the owner and professional groomer and tells WNEG about the business.

Carnes says the hours are by appointment.
