72nd Annual Chamber Awards Celebration: Recognizes Dickerson with Lifetime Achievement

John Dickerson was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award during the 72nd Annual Chamber Awards Celebration

Last night, the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held its 72nd Annual Chamber Awards Celebration at Reflections at Lake Toccoa.

John Dickerson was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.

He told WNEG News that he was both surprised and honored to receive this recognition.

The Chamber also recognized and awarded many others, including:

Bowen & Watson were the recipients of the Ben F. Cheek Service and Professional Business of the Year;

Nifco-KTW was awarded the L.P. ‘BUB’ Greer Industry of the Year;

Stephens County’s Farmers Market received the Agriculture Business of the Year;

CK Morgan & Company was awarded the Retail Business of the Year;

Drew Watson took home the Young Professional of the Year;

Miles Through Time Automotive Museum received the Promotion & Tourism Award;

Alan Ramsey was awarded the Senior of the Year;

Emily Hayes received the Volunteer of the Year award;

Food 2 Kids was awarded the Non-Profit of the Year award;

Chamber Vice Chairman Jeremy Spradlin took home the Bob Evans Chairman Award.

And, in memory of Ferrell Morgan, of Morgan Concrete, the Entrepreneur of the Year Award has been renamed as the Ferrell Morgan Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and was awarded to Alisa Adams, with Cabe Crest Catering.
