Vietnam Commemoration Tonight in Toccoa

An event tonight in Stephens County will honor veterans and commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War.

The event is taking place at 6 p.m. tonight at the VFW Post 4346 on West Savannah Street in Toccoa.

Organizers say there will be Vietnam veteran guest speakers, representatives from the Georgia Department of Veterans Affairs and more.

Vietnam Veterans will also be honored at the ceremony.
