Two Killed in Sunday Wreck

The Toccoa post of the Georgia State Patrol is investigating a fatal accident Sunday on the Toccoa By-pass.

Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley says the accident happened at around noon on Sunday at the by-pass and Cawthon Road.

Shirley says an older couple driving one of the vehicles was killed instantly as a result of the accident.

The accident involved two vehicles and Shirley says there were injuries in the other vehicle.
