martin baptist bypass wreckStephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley said that two people were airlifted after an accident on the Toccoa By-pass Sunday.

The accident happened around noon on Sunday at the intersection of the By-pass and Memorial Drive.

It involved a truck as well as a van from Martin Baptist Church.

He said the church van had two adults and seven young children in it, while the truck was occupied by three adults.
