Toccoa Announces Poster Contest Winners

poster contestThe city of Toccoa announces the winners of this year’s Georgia Cities Week Poster Contest.

Winners were recognized at Monday’s Toccoa City Commission meeting.

A number of second graders from Liberty Elementary School and Big A Elementary School participated in the contest.

The students were asked to draw a poster showing services that the city of Toccoa provides.

First, second, and third place winners were announced for each school.

From Liberty Elementary, Ansley Shirley won first place, Ally Means won second place, and Aleya Baldwin won third place.

From Big A Elementary, Nadia Ridings won first place, Lawson Fulbright won second place, and Jordan Aderhold won third place.
