TFC Baseball Winning Streak Hits 12

The Toccoa Falls College baseball team continues its winning ways.

The Eagles went 4-0 this past week with a win over Milligan College and a three game sweep of Clearwater Christian.

In last week’s game against Milligan, Toccoa Falls scored three runs in the bottom of the eighth inning to come from behind and win 5-4.

Moving to the weekend series against Clearwater Christian, TFC won Friday’s game 13-3.

Then on Saturday, the Eagles took both games of the doubleheader.

In Saturday’s first game, Toccoa Falls won 6-5. Ronnie Stewart had two hits and three RBI’s for the Eagles.

Then in the second game, the Eagles used homeruns from Stewart and Justin Key to defeat Clearwater Christian College 9-4.

TFC has won 12 straight and 15 of its last 16 games this season.

For the season, the Eagles are 28-10.

The Toccoa Falls College baseball team is scheduled to be back in action today at 3 p.m. at home against Truett McConnell.
