Storms Move Through Stephens, NE Ga.

Thunderstorms bring rain, wind, thunder, and lightning during the nighttime hours.

A line of storms moved through the area Tuesday evening and night, bringing a total of 0.31 inches of rain.

The National Weather Service’s Storm Prediction Center did not have any wind or hail reports from Stephens County listed.

However, the Storm Prediction Center did have reports of hail in White, Banks, and Franklin counties, and wind damage reported in Habersham and Franklin counties.

No widespread power outages are reported in the area this morning.

However, Tuesday afternoon, part of Toccoa was without power for some time due to what was reported by authorities as a blown transformer on Prather Bridge Road.
