The Stephens County Commission will gather this morning for a regularly scheduled meeting and work session.
County commissioners will start at 8:30 a.m. in the second-floor courtroom of the historic Stephens County Courthouse in downtown Toccoa.
At 8:30 a.m., county commissioners will hold a work session on the scheduled agenda items. Following the work session, county commissioners will move into their business meeting where they vote on the agenda items.
Items on the agenda include a number of Fiscal Year 2013 budget amendments and a presentation from Keep Toccoa-Stephens County Beautiful Executive Director Linda Scofield.
The commission meeting is open to the public.
Meanwhile, county commissioners will follow their regular meeting with a budget review and retreat at the Kimsey Environmental Center on the Clary Connector in Eastanollee.
