SCHS Volleyball Season Underway

The season is underway for the Stephens County High School Lady Indian volleyball team.

A couple of weeks into the season, the Lady Indians have a record of two wins and six losses.

So far this year, the Lady Indians have picked up both of their wins against Hart County.

Stephens County beat Hart at home on August 6 two sets to one, then won again at home on August 13 two sets to one over Hart.

The Lady Indians have lost to Rabun County three times this year, falling in straight sets on August 6 and August 13 and in three sets on August 10.

Stephens County also lost to White County in straight sets at home on August 13 and dropped matches in straight sets to both Madison County and East Jackson on August 11.

This week, the Lady Indians have two dates on the schedule.

Tonight, Stephens County is scheduled to play West Hall and East Jackson at home at the Currahee Arena.

Then on Thursday, the Lady Indian volleyball team will travel to East Hall for matches against East Hall, Jackson County, and Discovery High School.
