Scarecrow Contest Voting Continues

October 17, 2012

Voting continues for the third annual Main Street Toccoa Scarecrow Contest.

More than 20 businesses, schools, churches, and other organizations have put out scarecrows in order to participate in the contest this year.

The public can vote by stopping by one of three locations. They are Toccoa City Hall, the Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce, and WNEG Radio.

You must vote in person by stopping at one of those locations and filling out a ballot.

Voting continues through November 3 and November 4, which is the weekend of the Toccoa Harvest Festival.

The winners will be announced on November 5.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third places.
