Ribbon Cutting Held for MedStar

A new medical practice is open to the public in Stephens County.

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Wednesday for MedStar, the office of Dr. Clayton Pulliam.

MedStar is under the umbrella of the Toccoa Clinic.

Through MedStar, Dr. Pulliam offers a full-service primary care medical practice for both children and adults.

Dr. Pulliam said he is glad to be open in Toccoa.

“This is very exciting,” said Dr. Pulliam. “I am very excited to be here in Toccoa and Stephens County and with the Toccoa Clinic and I am just so appreciative of the community for coming out and all the support we have from the Clinic and from the community. We are just excited to be here.”

His office is located on Memorial Drive in the Business Center located next to The Home Depot.

Dr. Pulliam accepts both appointments and walk-ins.

The hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Fridays and the phone number for Dr. Pulliam is 706-886-7033.
