Rep. Collins To Be in Toccoa on Friday

February 19, 2013

Ninth District U.S. Representative Doug Collins will hold a meeting in Toccoa this week to talk with local constituents.

Collins’ office has announced that the Congressman will appear Friday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Java Station Coffee Shop on Big A Road.

During this time, Collins and his staff will be available to meet with constituents and address their questions regarding federal issues.

Collins was originally set to hold this event last month, but it was postponed at that time due to inclement weather.

The stop in Toccoa is one of a number of events that Collins has scheduled for this week throughout the 9th Congressional District.

Another event scheduled for this week is an open house at Collins’ new district office in Gainesville.

That open house for Collins’ new district office will take place today from 4 to 6:30 p.m. It is open to the public.

Collins’ district office is located at 111 Green Street SE in Gainesville.
