The football regular season for the Stephens County Indians starts Friday and Stephens County High School will get ready tonight with its annual Red Rage pep rally.
“Red Rage is going to be held tonight at the Reservation at 6:30 p.m. as we get ready to kick off a new era of Indian football led by Coach Barden,” said SCHS Head Spirit Cheerleading Coach Susan Carmen. “We are really excited to have everyone come out tonight. We will be out on the track and just getting ready to kick off a new season.”
The whole community is invited and “Red Rage” is free to attend.
Carman said there will be a lot going on.
“We will be recognizing our high school seniors that participate in football, cheerleading, band, and auxiliary,” said Carmen. “We will also be recognizing our seniors in other fall sports.”
They will also recognize Middle School football, cheerleaders, band, and auxiliary.
She said that Little Indian Cheer Camp participants from this past summer are also welcome to come out and cheer with the varsity cheerleaders.
Again, Red Rage starts at 6:30 p.m. tonight at the Reservation.
People should enter through the main gate and sit on the home side.
