The Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library Board has announced that the community is invited to a reception to be held today from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Toccoa-Stephens County Library meeting room in honor of Library Manager Michelle Austin, who is retiring at the end of the month.
Last month, the library board unanimously approved the selection of Emily McConnell as the new library manager.
