A Toccoa resident is reporting a burglary to police.

An officer responded to a Falls Park Drive residence on Sunday in reference to a burglary that had already occurred.

In the report, a woman says that someone entered her home through a kitchen window sometime on Saturday and took an RCA tablet, LG phone, and $50 in cash.

Meanwhile, a Stephens County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a gas station on West Currahee Street in reference to a burglary on Saturday.

The gas station owner told the deputy in the report that the store had been broken into and lottery tickets were stolen.

Elsewhere, the Toccoa Police Department took a report on a vehicle break-in on Sunday.

The report states that a man told police that someone broke into his vehicle while it was parked on Big A Road and stole a shotgun out of the car.

Finally, Toccoa Police responded to a Mitchell Street residence where a woman told police she got home on February 12 and found that two TV’s had been stolen from her house.

All of the incidents remain under investigation.
