A Stephens County man says he had some equipment stolen recently.

The man filed a report with the Toccoa Police Department on July 7, stating that sometime last week, he had a paint sprayer stolen from one of his employees on Queen Street.

The sprayer was estimated at a value of more than $500.

According to the report, the incident happened between 6 a.m. on July 1 and 9 p.m. on July 3.

Elsewhere, a Stovall Lane resident told Toccoa Police on July 7 that someone took his push mower from his back yard.

The report states that the incident happened sometime between the evening of July 4 and the evening of July 7.

It was described as a green mower with a Briggs and Stratton engine.

The investigations into both incidents continue.
