The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office responded to a local industry Friday morning in reference to an individual threatening to harm themselves.

According to Stephens County Sheriff Randy Shirley, authorities responded after the individual had contacted a friend.

After authorities arrived, Shirley said the individual voluntarily sought treatment and was transported to StephensCountyHospital.

Shirley said no one was in any danger.

The sheriff said he appreciates the cooperation from the company’s management and the employees.
