Papa John’s Pizza held a Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday to celebrate its arrival in Toccoa.

Shez Mistry is one of the owners of the Papa John’s store in Toccoa.

He said they are excited and pleased to be in Stephens County.

“Better quality, better ingredients, better pizza is all we offer,” said Mistry. “Everything that we get is fresh from our commissary, from dough to cheese to fresh vegetables that we cut in store. We do not get anything in bags or pouches. Our pizza sauce is from the tomatoes to a can in less than six hours so you know how fresh our product is.”

Mistry already has a store in Cleveland.

“This is our second store,” said Mistry of Toccoa. “We plan to be in this town, grow with the community and so far it is a great response from this town. Amazing people over here in the community and we love it.”

Papa John’s is located in the Wal-Mart Shopping Center in Toccoa.

The hours for Papa John’s are Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

They do carry out and dine in with a few tables, as well as delivery within a few miles.
