Toccoa Reports Sanitary Sewer Spill Wednesday

The city of Toccoa said everything is back to normal following a sanitary sewer spill on Wednesday. According to a press release from the city, an employee discovered a cleanout plug overflowing near Hillcrest Street in Toccoa at about 2 p.m. on Wednesday.
