More rain and wind is expected today as a strong weather system continues to move through the Southeast.
As of this morning, downtown Toccoa has already received just over two inches of rain yesterday, overnight, and early this morning with the chance of rain continuing today.
Also, a wind advisory is in effect today through 6 p.m., as wind gusts of up to 35 miles per hour are possible.
