Nobody Hurt in Monday Night Wreck on By-pass

Authorities have reported that no one was injured after a tractor-trailer accident on the Toccoa By-pass late Monday night.

According to the Toccoa post of the Georgia State Patrol, 52-year-old Donald Earl Moore of Clarkesville was driving the tractor-trailer towards Stephens County around 10 p.m. Monday when the vehicle went off the shoulder while negotiating a curve.

The tractor-trailer then struck a guardrail, overturned, and came to rest.

The GSP indicated that the area of impact was off of the roadway.
