NGTC Awards Employees for Service

North Georgia Technical College recognizes its employees for years of service.

At a recent employee celebration, North Georgia Technical College proudly honored employees who have served the college for many years with the Faithful Service Award.

The school said that the Faithful Service Award symbolizes the dedication and hard work that employees have performed for the institution.

Food Services Manager Kathy Wrenn of Clarkesville was honored for 30 years of service.

Receiving recognition for 25 years of service were Database Administrator Michael Strader of Toccoa and Career Development and Disability Support Services Director Daniel Gregg of Toccoa.

Recognized for 15 years of service were: Custodian Kack Sithisaiya of Baldwin, Vice President for Economic Development Dr. Mark Ivester of Toccoa, Program Assistant Carolyn Adams of Toccoa, Continuing Education Instructor Brad Cagle of Cleveland, Custodian Joyce Adams of Turnerville, Accountant Tony Fulbright of Toccoa, Applied Business Technology Instructor Ruth King of Toccoa, Accounting Technician Tammy Keyes of Hiawassee, Program Specialist Dorothy Mayfield of Morganton, Custodian JR Cornett of Blue Ridge, and Dean for Academic Affairs Mindy Glander of Dawsonville.

With 10 years of service Campus Police Officer Rick Bartmas of Toccoa, Campus Police Officer Dottie Clark of Clayton, and Environmental Technology Instructor Kevin Peyton of Clarkesville were recognized.

Those recognized for 5 years of service included: HVAC Technician Johnnie Williams of Eastanollee,
Math Instructor Karolyn Morris of Gainesville, Institutional Advancement Director Cynthia Brown of Toccoa, English Instructor Allyson Smith of Sautee-Nacoochee, Math Instructor Deland Docsol of Toccoa, and Automotive Technology Instructor Kevin McCurry of Toccoa.
